Hiking Mount Aragats: First and foremost, enlist the support of an instructor or guide familiar with the route. The ascent of the mountain begins from Lake Kari, located at an elevation of 3200 meters. The easiest way to reach the lake is by car. The hiking trail spans approximately 5 kilometers, and the walk takes between 2.5 to 3 hours.

Most travelers only reach the false summit, as the last 30 meters out of 4090 are very dangerous and difficult to overcome.
