The trip continues to Areni, the birthplace of ancient winemaking, where visitors explore the Areni Winery and the Birds’ Cave 1, one of the world’s oldest wine-producing sites. The next stop is the charming spa town of Jermuk, known for its healing mineral springs, Drinking Gallery, and the stunning Jermuk Waterfall, before staying overnight. On the second day, the route leads to Lake Sevan, the “Pearl of Armenia,” where travelers visit Sevanavank Monastery, Noratus Cemetery, and the ancient Selim Caravanserai, a key stop on the Silk Road.
